Prize Pool

The prize pool is funded by:

  • Entry Fees - Collected from all participants when they join
  • Donations - Additional contributions from sponsors or the community

The total prize pool is displayed on the challenge page and updates as participants join.

Prize Distribution

Prizes are distributed to top performers based on the challenge's prize split configuration. Common structures include:

Challenge creators can customize the prize distribution when setting up the challenge. Some challenges may pay out to more positions.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for prizes, you typically must:

  1. Complete the challenge - Stay active until the end
  2. Meet volume requirements - Some challenges require minimum trading volume
  3. Maintain fair play - No wash trading or manipulation

Minimum Volume

Some challenges require participants to trade a minimum volume to qualify for prizes. Check the challenge rules for specific requirements.

Challenge Finalization

When a challenge ends:

  1. Trading stops - No more trades can be placed
  2. Final rankings calculated - Based on percentage return
  3. Prize distribution prepared - Smart contract calculates payouts
  4. Claim period opens - Winners can claim their prizes

Claiming Prizes

If you finish in a prize-winning position:

  1. Go to the completed challenge page
  2. Click Claim Prize
  3. Approve the transaction in your wallet
  4. Funds are transferred to your wallet

Note: Prize claims are on-chain transactions. You'll need ETH for gas fees.

Refunds

In certain situations, you may be eligible for a refund:

  • Cancelled challenges - If a challenge is cancelled before starting
  • Minimum participants not met - Some challenges have minimum participant requirements

To claim a refund:

  1. Go to the cancelled challenge page
  2. Click Claim Refund
  3. Approve the transaction

  • Total prizes won
  • Challenge history
  • Pending claims
